This industrial renovation project involved the reconfiguration of approximately 600 m² within an existing 11,400 m² manufacturing facility in Scarborough, Toronto.
The objective was to transform a portion of the industrial building into a modern, functional, and comfortable employee amenity area while maintaining the ongoing operational requirements of the facility.
The redesigned space included a staff lunchroom, washrooms, locker facilities, and storage areas planned around the needs of the workforce and the existing building conditions.
