Within this project, the client expresses a desire to renovate their property substantially, seeking a significant transformation. Their aim is to modify the existing plans of their residence in order to maximize the utility of their property. Consequently, our Engineering firm is tasked with the crucial responsibilities of identifying load-bearing walls and conceptualizing a new layout that revitalizes their outdated dwelling.

Operating across three key domains—architecture, structure, and mechanical and HVAC—we approach the project with a comprehensive strategy. In the initial phase, we meticulously gather the client’s wishlist, understanding their specific requirements and aspirations. Subsequently, we embark on the design process, adhering to the Ontario Building Code (O.B.C) standards to ensure compliance with regulations. The designed plans are then submitted to the city authorities to obtain the necessary Building Permit, facilitating the legal transformation of the property according to the approved designs.
